Leminno is an educational subscription platform. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for paid subscriptions purchased through Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for eligible subscription purchases within 14 days of the original charge, provided that the account has not been used in a way that indicates substantial consumption of the service.

Examples of eligible situations may include accidental purchase, duplicate charge, or a technical issue that prevented access to the service.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Subscription renewals after the 14-day refund window
  • Accounts that have meaningfully used paid features during the billing period
  • Partial months of service after cancellation
  • Fees charged because of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated outside our process

Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights required by applicable law.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at billing@leminno.study and include the email address on the account, the date of purchase, the amount charged, and a brief explanation of the issue.

If your purchase was completed through Paddle, we may ask you to complete the refund request through Paddle's customer portal or support flow so the refund can be processed correctly.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider, but refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, but it does not automatically trigger a refund unless your request is eligible under this policy or required by law.
