1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Leminno ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Leminno is an online platform for olympiad mathematics education. The Service includes lessons, practice problems, spaced repetition review, AI-graded assessments, and progress tracking.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or have parental consent, to create an account.

4. Free and Pro Tiers

Leminno offers a free tier with limited daily practice problems and a Pro tier with unlimited access. Free tier features are subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle's terms of service apply to all payment transactions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise automatically access the Service at scale
  • Redistribute or commercially resell any content from the Service
  • Abuse the AI grading system (e.g., submitting nonsensical answers at volume)

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Leminno — including lessons, problems, solutions, and software — is owned by Leminno or its licensors. Some problems are sourced from publicly available olympiad archives and are attributed accordingly.

You retain ownership of any original content you submit (e.g., short-answer responses), but grant Leminno a non-exclusive licence to use it for grading, quality improvement, and aggregate analytics.

7. AI Grading Disclaimer

AI-graded answers are generated by machine learning models and may contain errors. Grades provided by the AI are indicative, not definitive. You can dispute any AI grade using the built-in dispute mechanism.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on your account. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
