1. Introduction & Scope

Leminno ("we," "our," or "us") develops mobile apps and digital services. Our apps do not all work the same way: some use only local storage, while others have online multiplayer, advertising or purchases. This notice describes those differences, including information handled by service providers. It also covers this website, Leminno business services, and messages sent to our support team. It should be read alongside the privacy information shown inside each app.

2. What Each App Handles

Using an app does not automatically create a Leminno account. Information kept only on your device is different from information sent to a server or third-party provider.

• Calculator by Leminno, Decisions by Leminno, and Measure by Leminno: Core calculations, random choices, measurements and saved preferences are handled locally on your device. These apps do not require a Leminno account for their core features. If you choose to make a supporter purchase, Google Play processes the transaction and provides purchase status to the app. Calculator may also request exchange rates over the internet; the network provider can receive technical request information such as an IP address.
• Rival Rings: The game uses Google AdMob for ads. Google and its advertising partners may process ad requests, technical information and advertising identifiers where available under their own policies. Camera-based gameplay is processed by the app for its AR experience; we do not intentionally send raw camera video to Leminno servers.
• Gather: Local games and settings use on-device storage. When you play online, Firebase Anonymous Authentication assigns an account identifier, and Firebase Realtime Database receives your chosen nickname, room membership, game actions, submitted answers and drawings so other room members can play with you. Firebase and the Android build's advertising integration may also handle technical identifiers and request information. Microphone-based sound measurements are processed locally; game scores, not audio recordings, are shared for online turns.
• Support and website contact: If you email us or make a privacy request, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide so we can respond. We do not need your account password or payment-card information for a privacy request.

3. Third-Party Services

Third-party services depend on the specific app and feature you use. They can process information needed to provide their services, even when Leminno does not directly store it:

• Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform: Advertising, ad requests, consent choices, fraud prevention and ad performance measurement in apps with ads.
• Firebase Authentication and Realtime Database: Anonymous online identity and shared game state in Gather.
• Google Play Billing: Optional supporter purchases in apps that offer them. Leminno does not receive your full payment-card number.
• Exchange-rate providers: Network requests made when Calculator retrieves currency rates.

4. Advertising, Cookies and Privacy Choices

Apps that show Google ads can share advertising identifiers where available, app and device information, IP addresses, and ad interactions with Google and advertising partners. Advertising services may use these details for ad delivery, measurement, personalization where permitted, fraud prevention and security. Some ads may be contextual or non-personalized. Advertising providers can also use cookies, device storage and similar technologies.

If Google ads are displayed on our website, third-party vendors including Google may place or read cookies, or use web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers to serve and measure ads. Google and its partners can use advertising cookies to serve ads based on visits to this site or other websites. Other advertising networks may use their own cookies when enabled. We do not currently include Google display-ad tags in the public website's source code; this explanation also covers advertising if it is introduced here.

You can manage Google personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center and some third-party personalized ads through industry opt-out choices. These settings do not necessarily stop all ads or essential security processing. Where our apps offer a privacy-options screen, you can revisit the choices there. You can also change your device's advertising settings.

For visitors or users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, we use the relevant advertising consent flows where required. Any applicable consent choices must be respected by the app and its ad providers; a website privacy policy alone does not substitute for a compliant consent-management platform.

5. Website and Business Services

This website saves your light/dark theme preference in browser local storage. Restricted Leminno management tools use an essential session cookie for authorized staff and may process work contacts, employee information, billing records and business documents through secured server-side systems. Access is limited to authorized personnel for business operations.

If you are invited to sign a business document electronically, we process the signature you provide, the time of signing, your browser user-agent information, a protected hash derived from network information, and the signed document. These records support document execution, authenticity, auditability and legal recordkeeping. They are not used to personalize advertising.

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process connection information, including IP addresses and technical logs, to serve pages and protect the service. Staff and business records are retained according to operational and applicable legal requirements. 6. Storage, Retention and Deletion

Data saved locally usually remains until you clear it in the app, clear its storage or uninstall it, subject to device backup settings. Gather online-room data is stored on Firebase servers; room access expiry does not necessarily mean the stored data is immediately deleted. Third-party advertising and billing providers manage some records under their own retention obligations.

You can ask Leminno to review, correct or delete information we control by contacting support@leminno.com. Include the app name and enough information to locate the relevant records, but do not send passwords or sensitive documents unless specifically requested through a secure process. We may need to verify that a request relates to your data. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for security or dispute resolution.

7. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. Online-play features allow user-supplied nicknames and game content; avoid entering real names, contact details or other sensitive information. If a parent or guardian believes a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review the request.

8. Security and Policy Changes

We use reasonable safeguards for information we control and rely on the security measures of relevant service providers. No internet transmission or storage system is risk-free. We update this policy when our apps or service integrations change; the date above reflects the latest revision.
