Check the purchase history for the Google Play account used to make the payment. If a supporter badge is missing, contact us with the app name and the Google Play order reference. Do not send payment-card details.

What if an app crashes?

Confirm you are using the latest available version and restart the app. Tell us your device model and Android version if the problem continues. Clearing app storage can remove saved local data.

How do I request data deletion?
